The rump fat image is
normally taken first since
it's the easiest area to scan.
Followed by the ribeye image and the rib fat. The entire process is finished up by taking the %IMF pictures.
The entire scanning process usually takes about 2-4 minutes and after the images are saved on the hard drive, the animals are released out of the chute and the process starts all over.
